Posted Aug. 4, 2005 -- A White Philadelphia-area man was arrested after he kicked the seat of a Black couple and called them racial slurs on a first-class flight from Los Angeles to Philadelphia.
Robert Baldwin, of Montgomery County, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of ethnic intimidation, simple assault and harassment for his actions toward E. Steven Collins and his wife, Lisa. Collins has a radio show on WDAS radio in Philadelphia and is a board member of the Urban League.
